Open House Lagos: Youth Manifesto – Sustainable Design in Cities in Response to the Climate Crisis.

CALL FOR PARTICIPANTS

Open House Lagos manifesto is a youth-developed creative program for sustainable design in Lagos which will take place over four Saturdays in October (9, 16, 23, 30) and in November ( 27).

The program will include a 4 – 6 hours physical workshop series with participants between 15-18 years old who are responsible enough to attend all required workshops and develop original proposals for the manifesto.

The participants must have the following interests:

• Debating or public speaking experience
• Interest in architecture and design
• A passion for climate crisis issues

We aim to include 5 – 10 students who will work with facilitators to develop their manifesto for the global debate during the Open House Worldwide festival in December 2021. The tagged theme for this program is “Creating Solutions for Sustainable Design in Cities in Response to Climate Crisis“.
